The Higher School of Technological Education – Skikda – informs all bidders who participated in Consultation No. 2025/17, concerning the acquisition of IT equipment (scanner), that it has been cancelled,
due to the exceeding of the proposed delivery deadlines and the supplier’s inability to meet his commitments.
