The Higher School for Teachers of Technological Education of Skikda hereby informs all bidders who participated in Consultation No. 46/2026, concerning:
“Acquisition of IT tools, consumables and computer software (software)”
that the aforementioned consultation has been cancelled for the following reason:
An error was identified in the requested quantities.
The Higher School of Technological Education Teachers of Skikda informs all contractors participating in Consultation No. 14/2026, related to “Logistical Support (Supplies)”, that it has been canceled due to: an error in the requested quantity.
The Higher School of Teachers of Technological Education of Skikda hereby informs all contractors who participated in Consultation No. 82/2025, relating to “the acquisition of copying and reproduction equipment and consumables”, that the consultation has been cancelled.
This cancellation is due to the fact that the contractor Nour Computer Technology, Ammouchi Nabil, who was awarded the consultation, failed to comply with the specified delivery deadlines.
The Higher School of Teachers of Technological Education of Skikda hereby informs all contractors who participated in Consultation No. 49/2025, relating to “the acquisition of equipment and supplies for the benefit of postgraduate training”, Lot No. 04: equipment and supplies for the Environment and Surroundings field, that the consultation has been cancelled.
This cancellation is due to the fact that the contractor SARL HIDHAB CHIMIE, Hachmi Abdelbaki, who was awarded the consultation, failed to comply with the specified delivery deadlines.
The Higher School of Teachers of Technological Education of Skikda hereby informs all contractors who participated in Consultation No. 58/2025, relating to “tools and consumables for laboratories and teaching and research workshops”, Lot No. 02: tools and consumables for the chemistry laboratory, that the consultation has been cancelled.
This cancellation is due to the fact that the contractor SARL HIDHAB CHIMIE, Hachmi Abdelbaki, who was awarded the consultation, failed to comply with the specified delivery deadlines
The Higher School for Teachers of Technological Education of Skikda informs all bidders who participated in consultation No. 92/2025, related to:
“Installation of a Computer Network for the Benefit of ENSET Skikda”
that it has been cancelled, due to an error in the administrative procedures which led to the budget controller’s refusal to grant approval to the agreement.
