1- Research Laboratories
The research laboratory is an essential element within the structure of any higher education institution. It is dedicated to achieving research and technological development objectives.
Conditions for creating research laboratories:
-
Availability of a suitable building and equipment for the laboratory installation.
-
Presence of qualified and experienced academic researchers in the relevant specialty.
-
The laboratory must consist of at least four research teams, led by an elected director.
-
Each research team must include at least three researchers, under the supervision of a qualified academic researcher.
-
Approval and validation by the scientific councils.
-
Opinion and stamp of the head of the university institution.
-
The creation project must strictly conform to the document model proposed by the ministry.
2- Documents to download
3- Conditions for creating CNEPRU-type research projects
-
The project duration is four (04) years.
-
The research team must consist of at least three (03) members and at most six (06), including the project leader.
-
The project leader must hold a doctoral degree.
-
Assistant professors (classes A and B) can only participate in one project.
-
The research team must include PhD candidates in the classic or LMD system.
-
Adding a new member to an ongoing project is only possible during the regular session.
-
Removing a member from an ongoing project is the prerogative of the project leader.
-
These projects, once validated, undergo two evaluations:
-
An intermediate evaluation at the end of the second year.
-
A final evaluation at the end of the fourth year.
-
Evaluation criteria include:
-
Defense of a doctoral thesis.
-
Defense of at least one thesis within the framework of the project.
-
Scientific output (national and international publications, communications, books) produced as part of the project during the allotted period.
Research contract file
-
Three (03) originals of the research contract.
-
One (01) copy of the academic researcher’s information sheet.
-
One (01) copy of the latest appointment decision.
-
One (01) ID photo.
-
A bank or postal identity statement (RIB or RIP).
For academic researchers not affiliated with the school, the following documents must be signed by the head of their original institution (rector/director):
-
One (01) original certificate of non-benefit from the research bonus.
-
One (01) original authorization to participate in a CNEPRU project.
In case of a modification of the research contract for project extension or change in the contractor’s grade, it is necessary to download the amendment form, complete it, and have it signed by the contractor and the rector.
The research contract file must be submitted to the head of the research activity monitoring and results valorization service at the Directorate of Post-Graduation and Scientific Research.
