The Higher School of Technological Education Teachers of Skikda informs all bidders who participated in Consultation No. 82/2024, concerning the acquisition of equipment and supplies for postgraduate training (IT equipment and supplies), that this consultation has been canceled due to the withdrawal of the selected bidder and the inability of the second-ranked bidder to finance the requirements.
