The Higher School of Technological Education of Skikda informs all bidders who participated in Consultation No. 53/2025, concerning the acquisition of paper and educational supplies, that it has been cancelled due to the failure of suppliers to submit the required samples, as stipulated in the pro forma invoice issued by the School.
