The Higher School of Technological Education of Skikda informs all bidders who participated in Consultation No. 70/2025, concerning: “Procurement of rubber tires”,
that it has been cancelled, due to the fact that the only supplier who submitted an offer was disqualified for failing to complete all required items in the pro forma invoice issued by the institution.
