Following the revision of the award of Consultation No. 58/2024 concerning the acquisition of pharmaceutical and chemical products (pharmaceutical products), due to an error in the calculation of the total amount including all taxes (VAT included) for the selected bidder, it was found after the award that the bidder is exempt from VAT.
